  4. Dispatch Schedule: Orders placed during the second half of Saturday or on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, resulting in a slight delay in delivery expectations.
  5. Undelivered Orders: If an order is marked as delivered but not received by the user, please inform our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery notification. We will investigate the matter with our courier partners and provide an authentic response within 48-72 hours.
  6. Reporting Shortages or Damages: Any claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to our customer care team within 24 hours of order delivery. We require up to three working days to investigate and respond to your request appropriately.
  7. Self-Shipping Option: If our reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you may choose to self-ship the product via a reliable courier partner after consulting with our customer care team. We will reimburse the courier charges either to your account or as a site-wide coupon.
  8. Post-Delivery Damages: We are not liable for damages occurring post-delivery or for the misplacement or mishandling of products after delivery.
  9. Delivery Pauses: We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country if necessary. In such cases, we will endeavor to inform you upfront via email or phone call and provide a full refund.
  10. Return Policy for Expiry Dates: Products with an expiration date of less than 3 months are eligible for return, with a full refund credited to the concerned person. No return or refund requests will be accepted for products with an expiry date exceeding 3 months.
  11. Resale Prohibition: Reselling products purchased from oxynxt.com is prohibited. Resellers will not be eligible for any points, coupons, or offers.
