Shipping Policy
“Our Guidelines for Delivery and Dispatch”
- Shipping and Handling Charges: The shipping and handling charges are clearly stated at the time of checkout, ensuring transparency for consumers before making payments.
- Order Confirmation and Dispatch: Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details. We typically dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time may vary slightly depending on the destination state. Working days exclude Sundays and holidays. Delivery may experience delays due to lockdowns or unforeseen logistics issues.
- Mega Sale Events: During Mega Sale events, dispatches may be delayed due to increased order volumes. However, we aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 7 days from the date of order.
- Split Shipments: Split shipments are normal and may occur when different parts of your order are shipped from various warehouse locations across India. You will only be charged shipping fees once, if applicable, and the rest of the shipment will be delivered free of charge.

Delivery Policy
“Guidelines for Timely Order Fulfillment”
- Safety and Hygiene Measures: Due to constraints on logistics caused by events like COVID-19 or other health hazards, there may be delays in product dispatches and deliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot commit to specific dispatch or delivery timelines during these instances and appreciate your understanding.
- Packaging Precautions: We take extensive precautions in packaging our products to ensure their safety during transit. Each product is securely packed in tight boxes, with fragile items such as bottles wrapped in additional bubble wrap for added protection.
- Shipment Acceptance: Please do not accept any shipment that appears tampered with or damaged. In such cases, kindly return the shipment to us, and we will either refund your payment or resend the material as per your preference.
- Dispatch Schedule: Orders placed during the second half of Saturday or on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, resulting in a slight delay in delivery expectations.
- Undelivered Orders: If an order is marked as delivered but not received by the user, please inform our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery notification. We will investigate the matter with our courier partners and provide an authentic response within 48-72 hours.
- Reporting Shortages or Damages: Any claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to our customer care team within 24 hours of order delivery. We require up to three working days to investigate and respond to your request appropriately.
- Self-Shipping Option: If our reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you may choose to self-ship the product via a reliable courier partner after consulting with our customer care team. We will reimburse the courier charges either to your account or as a site-wide coupon.
- Post-Delivery Damages: We are not liable for damages occurring post-delivery or for the misplacement or mishandling of products after delivery.
- Delivery Pauses: We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country if necessary. In such cases, we will endeavor to inform you upfront via email or phone call and provide a full refund.
- Return Policy for Expiry Dates: Products with an expiration date of less than 3 months are eligible for return, with a full refund credited to the concerned person. No return or refund requests will be accepted for products with an expiry date exceeding 3 months.
- Resale Prohibition: Reselling products purchased from oxynxt.com is prohibited. Resellers will not be eligible for any points, coupons, or offers.
Cancellation Policy
“Guidelines for Order Cancellation and Refunds”
Once Orders Dispatched: Orders that have been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation. Please note that discount vouchers or coupons are intended for one-time use only and will be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
Redemption of Loyalty Points: If you redeemed loyalty points for an order that is subsequently canceled, the points will be credited back to your account.
Refund Process: In the event of an approved return or cancellation, the refund will be initiated within 72 hours upon receiving the dispatched material back, subject to verification of the products and their packaging. If any product is found to be tampered with, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly before processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
“Guidelines for Product Returns and Exchanges”
No Return or Exchange: All sales are final, and there will be no return or exchange of products once purchased.
Eligibility for Return: Return is only possible under the following circumstances:
- Mistakenly wrong product dispatched
- Package arrived in a tampered condition
- Product has a short expiry (less than 3 months)
If you require a refund or replacement, please email us at info@oxynxt.com within 24 hours of order delivery, providing the order number and images of the wrong, damaged, tampered, or near-expiry product. We will respond within two days upon receipt of your email.
Refund/Replacement Process: Upon receipt of your returned package, please allow 5 to 10 days for processing. We may contact you to clarify specific details about the product before issuing a refund or replacement.
Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, please keep it safe, in saleable condition, and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and original manufacturer’s packaging for successful pick-up and return.
Returns Not Accepted If:
- The product is damaged.
- It lacks the invoice.
- It has been tampered with.
- It is without its original packaging.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for online refunds or 3 to 5 business days for NEFT refunds to reflect in your account.
